Sedatives — Valerian can increase the effect of drugs that have a sedating effect, including

Unbelievable, sleeping tablets gave me 5 hours max, I’m getting 8+ every night now and has significantly lowered my anxiety. For thr first time in years the next day I’ve felt truly at peace with myself. Better than diazepam, Beyer than anything I’ve ever had.
I planted the seeds in spring and only let grow over summer, I’m eating fresh and raw and have learnt by visual gauging what is the right amount for me. I take a small amount 2 to 3 hours before bed to help de-stress and overthinking, I then take the same again half hour before bed.
I don’t drink dirty booze and have stopped other meds (a/d’s) as they would only work short term then make me worse (suicidal thoughts).
Only side effects I’ve had is I can get up and fall asleep again straight away till whatever time I want. I’ve since lowered my dose to what makes me feel ok in morning.
