    i used to eat a lot of fuller’s earth… and digested it too..
    ate about 10 kg of it… it tastes good.. but now i stopped because it made me anemic for a long while…

    something to consider is that you said it contains aluminum. aluminum is known to be toxic to the human nervous system. so external use may not expose you to nearly as much as ingesting it would.

    aluminum in your body can actually cause brain disorders!

      Face packs of multani mitti are good for diminishing pore sizes, however you should avoid this clay if you have a sensitive skin. Do seek further advice from your doctor before trying multani mitti clay on your skin

      Hi Mahmuda, to use multani mitti for white heads on your nose, follow the steps below
      Combine 2 tablespoons of multani mitti with 2 tablespoons of sandalwood powder.
      Add 1 teaspoon of turmeric powder and mix all the ingredients.
      Add some water to the mixture to make a fine paste.
      Apply it on your face and leave it for 20 minutes before you wash it off with lukewarm water.
      Apply this face pack at the night before going to bed for best results,

    Hi! I am in my 36. Mix skin and a acne problem more on the lower face area, no black or white heads. I have a lot of red spots due to the scars. How do you recommend me to use the multani mitti??? And how often??

      Hello Paulina, thanks for your comment. You can use Multani for these skin problems. How to use, mix the clay and orange peel powder then add water and then lemon juice. Mix until your achieve a desired paste. Apply the paste on affected area using fingers or brush. Leave it until you start to feel a pulling or tightening effect on your skin. Wash it off with cold water and pat your skin dry. Here are more details + ingredients It is true it can be a hormonal disorder. You also need to watch your diet. Foods such as dairy, sugar, soy etc may worsen the condition.

      For skin whitening you need besan (for more glowing and clear skin), lemon or tomato juice (both for skin lightening). Mix the clay and besan then add either tomato or lemon juice to the mixture. Apply this paste and leave for 20 minutes to dry. Scrub it off slowly. Use utmost twice a week for some months for better results.
